Refunds & Billing
All payments on PathwayAI.ca are processed securely by Stripe in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Because you receive automated digital outputs immediately after payment, all sales are generally final. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing your outputs, please contact us within 7 days at enquiries.talkace@gmail.com and include your email address and Stripe receipt if available.
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue a partial or full refund where there is clear evidence of an error on our side (for example, a duplicate charge).
